The space Casa Laureles is a farm in the heart of Colombia’s coffee landscape, where we’ve created an experience that allows you to truly feel part of the destination. We have restored a traditional coffee house, integrating an old coffee mill to create a unique and welcoming place. Within the property, you’ll find spacious common areas, coffee plants, ponds, a 1 km trail, and at the end, a stream with a natural pool. The guest house is independent from the hosts’ home. Casa Laureles is located in the rural area of Filandia, surrounded by coffee-covered hills and areas dedicated to environmental restoration. The room includes all necessary bed linens and towels, and the shower has hot water. During your stay, you’ll have access to all areas of the property, including gardens, coffee fields, and the trail leading to the stream. You can also use the outdoor grill and wood stove for a small additional fee. We also offer laundry service and home-cooked meals or lunches upon request. Breakfast is included. Guest access We are located 6 km from Filandia’s main park. The trip takes about 20 minutes by SUV or 30 minutes by low-clearance cars. To get here, you’ll travel 3 km on a paved road and 3 km on a well-maintained unpaved road; regular cars can access it without any issues. If you’re using public transportation, you can reach us by shared or express Willys jeeps. We also offer private transportation service from anywhere in the Coffee Region, including Armenia and Pereira, through a trusted local partner. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll send step-by-step directions with photos and location details to make your arrival easier. Parking is located just a few meters from your room, allowing you to leave your vehicle comfortably and safely. Other things to note Although you’ll rent the entire house and won’t share any spaces with other guests, the rate is calculated based on the number of registered guests. Bedroom access is assigned according to the number of guests: if there are 4 people or fewer and you wish to use all 3 bedrooms, you can do so with a small additional fee to cover the extra cleaning of the unused room.
