Sunny spacious apt in San Telmo

We have a really nice apartment in San Telmo, one of the historical and traditional neighborhoods of Buenos Aires. Conveniently located , bright, large rooms and many amenities. The space Located in the heart of San Telmo, close to the Subte and well-connected to many bus lines, the apartment makes a great base for discovering Buenos Aires. We care about keeping the place fully equipped and running, so it preserves a cozy atmosphere that will make you feel at home right from the first day. There are all amenities for cooking yourself, but there are so many places to eat nearby you might not need to. The building. is one of the most historical and central streets of BA (calle Defensa), full of life, vintage markets, design shops, cozy bars and clubs. The Sunday Market takes place outside front door, and it's a very short walk to Plaza Dorrego. This all makes the area very safe, even late at night and there is a porter there in case you have any questions, The apartment itself is on the last floor, is really spacious and has nice, big windows so there is lots of natural light. Finally, you will be happily surprised that despite being in the center of such a dynamic and lively neighborhood, the place is also very quiet and a great option for making a pause to relax and recharge. Guest access The apartment has wifi, laundry machine, two air conditioned and all rooms fully equipped. Other things to note The apartment is on the third floor of an almost 100 years old building (which is a lot for the city average). It was recycled preserving the most of it´s enchant, but take into account that -as there are no elevators- it takes a healthy 3 floors walk on stairs for getting in and out.
