Welcome to the Nordseehus-HYGGE vacation home here in Fedderwardersiel. Your vacation home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms including a sauna, bathtub and 2 showers on 110 square meters. The covered terrace is made for wonderful summer evenings. Up to 6 people will find enough space for quiet relaxation, game evenings, trips on foot to the harbor (approx. 5 minutes) or extensive bike tours through the beautiful nature. The space Welcome to Nordseehus-HYGGE here in Fedderwardersiel / Butjadingen. Your vacation home (built in 2023, first rental in 2024) has a size of 110 square meters and is designed for 6 people with 3 bedrooms. When furnishing the vacation home, we put the idea of "HYGGE" (Danish way of life for security - coziness) in the foreground and furnished it with a lot of love. In the bedrooms there is a box spring bed with a continuous mattress measuring 180 x 200 m. There is also a children's travel cot in one bedroom. There are 2 bathrooms in the vacation home, each with a floor-level shower. One of the bathrooms is additionally equipped with a bathtub and a sauna, so you can and should feel comfortable even in uncomfortable weather. In summer, the covered terrace is inviting for cozy evenings. All windows are provided with fly screens. The house is equipped with allergy-friendly vinyl flooring and underfloor heating. A PV system with 10.4 KWp and a storage tank with 9.6 KW make the house at least self-sufficient in sunshine - that speaks for sustainability. Two cars can easily park in front of the vacation home. The port of Fedderwardersiel is about 5 minutes. Here you can enjoy the famous fish rolls, which are known far beyond the town of Fedderwardersiel. A little further on you will come to the "Nordseelagune" where you, especially with children, can enjoy the water of the North Sea to your heart's content. The adjacent nature reserve "Langwarder Groden" invites you to take long walks. This area is also known for its diverse bird population in all seasons. In the wider area you will find the KlimaHaus in Bremerhaven, the large ports in Wilhelmshaven and Bremerhaven, the city of Nordenham and many small villages that will spoil you with cozy gastronomy.
