Access to the property is via an inclinator and then a set of stairs (height equivalent to approximately two floors) that lead onto a paved footpath and another small number of stairs. I am 50 and my husband is 60 and neither of us have any difficulty using it, maybe just a little out of breath coming back up, although if you have mobility issues, this would be difficult to navigate.
