We do not rent to people under 35 years of age. January x week

The house is not rented to groups of people under 35 years of age. Starting December 28th, the house rents by the week from Saturday to Saturday. ASK FOR THE MONTH OF JANUARY FULL OR FOR MORE THAN A WEEK. Lovely house located in Mar del Plata´s coolest place, just walking distance from Guemes St. commercial area, 300 meters from Bars and Restaurants. The house has a fire place in the living room and a bbq 105x60 in the garage. I do hope you enjoy staying here as much as we do!!! During your stay You can rent the house just for you and your party, or I can host you in case you need just one room and not the whole house.
