Our house is close to the subway (Green line, the one that goes to Avenida Paulista), parks, museums, restaurants and commerce in general. You will appreciate the quiet atmosphere in a traditional neighborhood and easy access to other regions of SP. Couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families (with kids, including) and groups are welcome (we can exceptionally accommodate up to 5 people at the same time in the 2 rooms available in the house, see)! The space The house is simple, quiet, spacious and alive! The bedroom is on the lower floor, where the living room and kitchen are also located, and accommodates up to 2 people; the bathroom is private. A minibar and a coffee maker (espresso coffee) help in the comfort of those staying in our house. We like our guests to feel at ease and know that they can count on us at any time, including tips to help them explore SP in the way that only those who live here know. We don't have a garage, but there are 2 parking lots nearby. We are also close to numerous colleges (São Camilo, PUC Ipiranga, CTA, Senai, etc.), schools and companies. We have security cameras that monitor the access corridor to the house and the front door, increasing safety during your stay. Guest access It is possible to cook and wash clothes (in stays longer than 7 days); we must always arrange these activities in advance so that it is pleasant for everyone.
