The fully equipped kitchen includes a WASHER/DRYER, refrigerator, two-burner stove, convection/microwave, and all kitchen essentials. You'll find all linens, towels, and amenities, . We provide beach towels and chairs for your enjoyment. Stay comfortable with full AC, high-speed Wi-Fi, and streaming TV. This apartment offers a prime Condado location with easy access to everything: walk to La Concha Resort, diverse restaurants, bars, and a 24/7 supermarket. Garage parking for one car is included. Conveniently located just 15 minutes from SJU Airport, 10 minutes from Old San Juan, and 40 minutes from El Yunque, exploring is simple via Uber or taxi. We are nearby and personally attend to our guests, ensuring a seamless vacation. Condado Del Mar is undergoing a much needed exterior renovation. All facilities are open. Other things to note We understand that weather can be a concern when traveling to a tropical island. Our hurricane and storm policy is designed to be clear and fair: Refunds will only be issued if the National Weather Service declares a mandatory evacuation for our location. In such a case, we'll refund the unused portion of your current booking, or any reservation scheduled to begin during the mandatory evacuation period, starting from the day the order is given. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for regular rain or tropical storms, as these are part of the natural climate here. However, we're happy to work with you to reschedule your cancelled vacation based on our availability.
