Only 8 min from the active town of Montañita, 5 min from the town of Olon and surrounded by all the highlights of the Ruta del Spondylus. The long and beautiful beach of Olon at is foot is definitely the nicest one in the whole area The space The total property, is one big house, with 2 independent residences, one on the upper floor which is used for our family and the bottom unit for rent. Both share a swimming pool, deck by the pool, barbecue and other common areas. Parking for up to 6 vehicles The rental home is fully furnished, has 3 bedrooms (with 2 beds each) and 2 bathrooms. It has a living space and an outside deck There is a full time care taker and a lady that can help with cleaning and cooking too Guest access The building has 2 apartments, the upper one is used by the owner’s family and the ground floor one is the one for rent. Both units share the swimming pool and outside deck and barbecue areas as well as the parling facilities for up to 6 vehicles.
