Julie Ellen IV is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condominium on the 11th floor of Emerald By The Sea Condos, overlooking the harbor and ship channel. The condo plex has a pool, gym, game room, lounge area, theater, party room, a 24-hour front desk and more! THREE NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. **PLEASE NOTE: This is a NON-SMOKING complex. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN UNIT 1102 The space Our condo has an expansivel view of the harbor, ship channel, cruise ship docks from our balcony. We offer 2 high definition TVs with cable and high speed internet access . The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and utensils. We have a stove top/oven range. There is also a dishwasher, coffee pot, blender, toaster oven and microwave. Both bathrooms have plenty of towels, a hair dryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner, cotton balls and Q-tips for your use! Fresh linens are provided for the beds. All washing machine items are provided as is an iron and ironing board. An iron and ironing board are available next to washer and dryer in unit. Several closets will be locked for owners personal belongings, however there are hooks for towels and a place to hang your clothes. There is plenty of drawer space as well. We welcome guests 25 or older to reserve with us. There is one queen bed and 2 twin beds, so it sleeps 4 adults comfortably. Guest access Enter the parking garage from University. Park on ground level. Go to the intercom and tell the receptionist you are checking in. They will buzz open the door. Proceed to the elevators and go to sixth floor. Reception will provide you with a fob and a key to the unit door. Other things to note 3 NIGHT STAY MINIMUM DUE TO HOUSEKEEPING. PLEASE NOTE: This is a NON-SMOKING complex.
