The space Quaint and clean studio apartment makes up the bottom floor of a 2 story home. Comfortable king size mattress set in a handmade rustic style 4 poster bed will help you to drift into the dream world. Sofa doubles as a full size bed for a third/ fourth person to sleep. Fully equipped simple kitchenette with blender, toaster oven and coffee maker help to make Casa Heart Rock your home away from home. Hot water shower provides warm water in your private bath. Small bar with 4 stools in kitchenette inside or larger table outside make for mealtime options. Enjoy natural accents and decor inside and a great friendly neighborhood vibe outside. Enjoy your small private covered garden patio space and also larger shared covered garden hammock space outdoors... a large first story shared deck also option above... being respectful of your friendly neighbors sharing that space... noise levels to a minimum after 10 pm please, keeping the Pura Vida Peace vibes :) Guest access Guests will have access to a community style covered patio area on the property shared with other residents (5 small apartments in total). Casa Heart Rock is walking distance to several restaurants including a new Italian cafe “La Cosita” just down dirt road. 2 markets, Iguana Verde and Delfin Mercados also just a few blocks away as well as town center and both busy and quiet sides of the beach less that 10 minutes walk from Casa. Guests are welcome to park their car on the street in front of the apartment. It is pubic area but parking is permitted... motorcycles, quads and bicycles are welcome to park on the property inside the gated drive. Other things to note -Good dependable wifi included in stay, password available upon checking -sheets and towels exchanged weekly upon request, hand washing available free onsite or paid laundry service -Beach and town center just a 7 minute walk or 3 minute bike ride from the house, bikes available for rent at neighboring ciclo. -There is one friendly kitty(Ishmaela) that resides outdoors on the property... snuggles and treats welcome if you like -no smoking permitted inside apartment, outside is fine *Important to note the shared garden space and close proximity of the other neighbors on the lot... being respectful and quiet after 10pm important to keep the peace. Price breaks for stays 1 week or longer :)
