This Two bedroom two bathroom condo is conveniently located only about 15 minutes away from Fort Myers Beach & Bonita Beach and Sanibel and Naples are also close. Many local attractions including boating , kayaking, golfing, biking, Miramar outlets, Coconut Point shopping, baseball & historical sites. The condo is fully furnished and includes a full kitchen , washer/dryer, spacious open living/dining/ kitchen area, two full baths, private patio , private WI-FI. You have use of the heated community swimming pool. The community of the springs is a small single story condo complex in a convenient location. Guest access All guests have use of the entire private condo unit with private covered patio. In addition, all guest have use of all condo amenities including the community heated swimming pool, and tennis courts. Other things to note the clubhouse is currently closed. Pet restrictions and fees apply on case by case basic. Must disclose pet breed and weight before requesting reservation.
