The condo has a gym, pools for adults and children, swimming lanes, a steam room, jacuzzis and a children's playground. From the balcony you can appreciate the sun rising behind several kilometers of green areas and canals. Guest access Once the reservation is confirmed, they must send the following information of each of the guests in order to authorize their entry into the building (NAMES and SURNAMES, DOCUMENT NUMBER and TYPE, ADDRESS and CITY OF RESIDENCE, CITY OF ORIGIN, TELEPHONE) NO CHANGES, ADDITIONS AND/OR MODIFICATIONS ARE ALLOWED AFTER SENDING THE GUEST LIST. In accordance with the provisions of article 22 of Law 2068 of 2020, the host will fill out the accommodation registration card of each of the guests online. These data must be sent (2) two days in advance, and will be at the building's door; upon arrival they must only present their identity document in physical form. They will put a handle on them that will identify them as guests of the building. For security they must wear the handle during their stay, so that they can enter and leave the building without problem. Visitors are not accepted, only people registered in the guest list. Other things to note The condo rules prohibit visitors that are not registered upon arrival. Guests will be required to share a form of identification at the front desk before accessing the building. If there are guests who are minors and are not accompanied by their parents, they must present at reception an AUTHENTICATED permit from the parents, and original physical document of birth registration, otherwise they will not allow their entry.
