The building does NOT have its own parking lot. Please contact us if you would like to learn more about parking options. The apartment is set up for self-check in through a combination lock or a lockbox. The instructions to access the property will be sent to you by email and / or text message in the days before your arrival Note that this is a self-serve apartment, not a hotel. There are other apartments in the building with permanent residents. Please be mindful and respectful of their space. For all your questions or concerns, there is always someone available to respond quickly to all emails or messages during our office hours from 8am to 8pm local time (for more urgent matters, we are also easily reachable by phone). If you plan on checking in outside of office hours, please be sure to have access to all necessary information. Other things to note We use our own secured systems to verify ID, send guest guide and for some communication. Your reservation will result in you receiving a link for ID verification (Valid ID, agreement to rental contract, and security deposit that could go up to 2$). This needs to be done prior to receiving your guest guide and access codes to the property. The latter will be sent to you through another link a few days prior to your arrival.
