House on coconut farm with direct beach access

The house offers private beach access in 80 meters walking through our beautiful coconut farm. 2 rooms each with air conditioning and ventilator and moscito nets, 2 bathrooms w hot shower, full kitchen & varandas with hammock to relax and enjoy the beautiful garden view (you can even see a bit of the ocean). The house is located on the 4th beach (Quarta Praia) which is famous for its extraordinary scenery. We offer good Wifi to work from paradise. The space The house has 2 bedrooms, each has air conditioning and ventilator. The suite has a Queen bed and the other bedroom has a Queen bed which can also be used as two individual beds. The house offers two complete bathrooms with hot water and an outside shower if you would like to refresh after a day on the beach. There is also a kitchen with a new fridge with freezer, gas stove, and everything you need to prepare your meals. The living room connects with a big veranda with hammock, table + chairs and chill area. You can also work from the house with good Wifi. We also live on the farm and good homemade food is our passion. We offer some delicious food to our guests like pizza and homemade pasta as well as sourdough bread and of course coconut milk and water. You won't be totally alone on the coconut farm since we have some more rental units and also live onsite. So if you have any question, we are always available to help but also guaranteeing your privacy. All the houses are very spaced out so you have plenty of space for your own. Walking 80 meters, you will get to the beautiful beach called Quarta Praia. It's still quite calm and has an extraordinary scenery. We provide beach chairs free of charge. The ocean is warm and invites to swim and snorkel. During low tide, the ocean forms several swimming pools where you can explore the coral reef and fishes. In case you would like to have a snack or meal you can go to one of the hotels nearby (also offering dinner) or to one of the little bistro from local fishermen that offer their freshly caught seafood for lunch. And of course other traditional dishes and drinks like fruit juices, beer and caipirinha. You can also find some vegan and vegetarian options nearby and from us.
