At the heart of Samara's fun little beach town, our super cute Villa boasts all the amenities you'll find in a luxury hotel, while its being tucked away in the town's quieter part. The beach is but a 5-minute walk away! Brand new beds with orthopedic mattress, beddings, towels, furniture, and appliances. The space Your vacation home is embedded within an enclosed villa estate with cluster of 8 villas surrounded by luscious green and a private pool. The compound is close to great views, restaurants and dining, the beach, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambience, the people, the neighborhood, and the outdoors space. Our villa compound has 24hrs security day & night guard, is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Villa 2 comes fully furnished with a queen-sized bed, quality ample bedding, a brand-new Flatscreen Smart TV, air-conditioning, as well as ceiling fan to cool your room. It's the perfect size for 2 people or the single traveler. On the occasional getaway with friends/family, this unit can take up to 4 average-sized travelers. There is a sofa-bed, and extra beds upon request on booking. Our amenities include a team of attentive staff, cleaning service every other day, optional laundry service, and high speed Wi-Fi. Our swimming pool, as well as the Jacuzzi, is a great social meeting place. You can try living like a local by taking advantage of the conveniently-equipped kitchen, or choose to try out the many dining options, best restaurants, and bars around the main street. The most popular local dish is Casado, which comprises of meat/fish, vegetables, black beans, and steamed rice. Samara town can be explored by foot, and the Ticos (local term for Costa Ricans) are warm and welcoming. There are many places of interest which I will be listing in the Guidebook for you. Guest access There are many lodging options here in Samara, and one of the beauty of Villas Verdes is our lush tropical garden which we constantly tended with care and love. Our guests also love to stay for hours in the swimming pool and the jacuzzi, especially on days when the ladies do not want to get sand in their bathing suit! While the sun is setting, take a walk around our garden, and enjoy the space around you. There is also a covered space for you to meditate, do your yoga, read, or simply chill in one of the many hammocks available. This is also a great place for guests and hosts to interact when the opportunity calls for. Other things to note Costa Rica is pretty casual, and Samara is a beach town. You will be comfortable with a light top, shorts, and sandals. If you do plan to go out for some nice dinners, a good option for the ladies would be simple dresses or dressy shorts/pants, and polo shirts for men. Good walking shoes or slippers and sandals are generally comfortable to walk on the streets. Pack on your sunscreen, sunglasses, sun hat, water shoes, bug spray, portable medical kit, money belt, and Google Translate, or a Spanish dictionary. Do not fret if you should forget any of these items, as there is PALI Supermarket which is just 5 minutes away from us! It may not be a sophisticated supermarket, but it does have the basics when the basic is all we need.
