The space Welcome to our beautiful "beach house". We hope you enjoy your stay in Forbes Point, close to Barrington and only 45 minutes from Yarmouth. The main garden which is accessed through a gate or the patio door is fenced and landscaped. It is partially flat lawn, rocks and a rock wall scattered over the landscape. Feel free to use all amenities the house has to offer including dishwasher, full fridge/freezer combo, full range with convection oven, cozy living room great view, lots of room in our woods and the large garden with a fire pit and charcoal BBQ. The 4th bedroom we provide is a small room with workspace (office) and includes a small sofa bed that could fit up to 2 adults. A private 200m trail is leading through a wooded area to the beautiful bay with water access and view of the marsh (see map in listing photos for overview of property). From the fenced garden and the living room, you have a view of a field and horses across the road. We provide 1kayak (1person), paddle and pfds. Close proximity to fishing towns, Barrington is only 20min drive. Guest access All rooms downstairs and all three bedrooms upstairs as well as a room for nursery open for use. No access to garage but long driveway with plenty of parking on the property.
