The Chácara Klabin neighborhood is quiet and well located. The room is well ventilated and clean, has 1 single bed, a shared bathroom, and a gas shower. The apartment is 200 meters from the Santos Imigrantes subway station (green line), with direct access to Av Paulista (3 stations). 6 km from Congonhas Airport. Close to Plaza Sul, Pátio Paulista, City of São Paulo. 5 km from the Imigrantes Convention Center, Parque da Independência, bars, restaurants, hypermarkets. The space The space is cozy and clean, the shower is gas which guarantees a refreshing bath for the guest. The bed is comfortable. Guest access The guest will have access to the bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen, laundry, and balcony. During your stay I like to socialize with the guest, but I also respect each person's individuality. Other things to note Wi-Fi, Smart TV with Netflix in the living room, kitchen equipped for small meals, living room with balcony. We do not serve any kind of food.
