New Amazing apartment, Aldea Zama TULUM, 5 guests!

Our new second home in this wonderful town is just amazing! -Tulum has a lot to offer, it is a breathtaking, relaxing spot where we feel like being in heaven! Our place is very confortable, nicely decorated with love to share it with our guests. We can accommodates 1-5 guests. POOL, WiFi, cable TV & Netflix, SEA & SUN!!! Encanto is a pretty small complex with only 15 condos and only 10 minutes to the nicest beaches in this area! Nice restaurants and grocery store walking distance. The space It is located in the most exclusive residential area in Tulum, which is developing very fast. Our 2-bedroom condo is on the first floor, one king & 2 twins, AC in each bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. A sofa bed is in the living room for a 5th person. lines, bath towels & beach towels are provided Hair dryer Smart cable TV & Netflix, celling fans. A/C. Guest access The apartment is private just for yourselves. The pool is shared with other neighbors. Other things to note Personalised Concierge Service available included! We can recommend the best activities in the area, for relaxing, adventure, fun day trips, Explore the Mayan cenotes, ruins and water, extrem activities, ATVs, romantic dinner, chef service, Mayan massages, learn how to make authentic and delicious Mexican dishes in Lina`s Mexican Kitchen, COOKING classes are fantastic!!! -Housekeeper & grocery shopping service, crib & high chair available by request for an extra fee. Additional Electricity cost: This is to encourage our guests to help with the environment! It is calculated by KW. It depends how much the A/C will be used. We take a meter reading by check in & check out. It is charged based on $5.5 pesos a kilowatt and it should be paid by check out in cash. The average usage is around $7-10 USD per day, sometimes less, sometimes more. From December to April or May, the A/C is often not used so the charge will be very small.
