At the heart of the home is a spacious outdoor area anchored by your own private solar-heated swimming pool, with sun loungers and comfortable seating — a wonderful place for morning coffee, midday swims, or relaxed afternoons soaking up the sun. The outdoor zone also features a large dining table and an outdoor fire pit, perfect for evening gatherings with family or friends. When the wall of floor-to-ceiling glass doors is fully open, it creates a seamless flow between the indoor living space and patio, bringing the outdoors inside and encouraging relaxed coastal living. Inside, the layout is bright and spacious with plenty of room for both group living and quiet moments. The main living area is open and airy, flowing naturally into the outdoor space and designed for comfort. Large windows and sliding doors keep the home filled with natural light and offer uninterrupted views of the pool and outdoor entertaining area.
