The right part of the duplex situated at Pointe D’Esny is open for rent. The beachhouse faces a superb lagoon with crystal clear waters and includes direct access to the beach Children are welcome. Our rates include preparation of lunch (food and beverage provided by guests), cleaning, and bed-making. 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 bunk bed, with air condition for up to 6 people, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet. The space The Beachhouse is situated in pointe D'Esny, 5 kms from the historical and authentic town of Mahebourg with its well known market and 20 minutes from SSR international airport. We are situated on the south east coast where all the main tourist sites are accessible within one hour travel : Daily trips by catamaran to l' ile aux Cerfs, Coloured earth of Chamarel, Gris Gris wave breakers, Rochester falls, Grand Bassin La Vanille nature park, Domaine du Chasseur overlooking the greatest lagoon of Mauritius.....the villa is in a quiet residential area on a white sandy beach facing a superb lagoon with turquoise waters. Guest access There is one parking space on the gated property. We will be pleased to organize your airport transfers and arrange your car hire. Other things to note 💶 Tourist Tax Starting October 1st, 2025, a government tourist tax of €3 per person as from 12 years , per night will be collected in cash upon arrival. Please have the amount ready to simplify check-in.
