Other things to note This property has SOLAR power so it is not subject to the routine power outages often experienced in other (especially rural) areas of the island. There is a cistern (back up water system) which ensures for a consistent water supply in the event of an outage (an occasional occurrence). These services do to require any action to be taken in the event of an outage, they are set up to kick in automatically when needed.
