The space Property Layout & Spaces Bakino Brdo is a charming, stand-alone house set on a peaceful hilltop, offering comfort, privacy, and spacious surroundings both inside an Ground Floor The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, digital microwave oven, double sink, oven and stovetop, extractor hood, mixer, blender, toaster, popcorn maker, and a filter coffee machine. You'll be welcomed with dish soap, a sponge, and a supply of dishwasher tablets. The living room offers a comfortable sofa, armchair, two poufs, and two small coffee tables. An Android TV with multilingual channels, series, and movies is available, along with a soundbar, board games, and books. For children, there are coloring books, crayons, paper, and similar supplies. The bathroom includes a bathtub, bidet, washbasin, and toilet. On top of the washing machine, you’ll find a few detergent tablets (to be placed directly into the drum) for your use. The ground floor has its own air conditioning unit, and in winter months, a wood-burning stove is available (firewood is provided with the rental). Loft Bedroom 1 features a double bed (180×200 cm). Bedroom 2 includes two single beds (80×200 cm), which can be extended into double beds (160×200 cm) if needed. The loft also has a Finnish sauna, a relaxation area, a workspace with a desk, and a toilet with a washbasin. The loft is equipped with its own air conditioner. Outdoor Spaces: Swimming Pool: 3,5x7 meter outdoor heated pool with saltwater electrolysis, surrounded by sun loungers and nature. Terrace & Lounge Area: Covered terrace with outdoor dining space, ideal for enjoying meals with a view.
