The space Modern apart, completely furnished, clean, located on 9th floor, with home-theatre, ceiling speakers, LCD TV, AppleTV, High-Speed Internet, Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, Air Conditioning (cold/heat) servers ONLY the Bedroom-1 (queen bed), Bedroom-2 (single bed) has a ventilation device available. -There is NO Cable TV available. -Pets are NOT accepted. -NO SMOKING PLACE. There are 1 bathroom and 1 toilet located in the laundry area. My priority is offering the best quality, hygiene and absolute cleanness at my place. For safety reasons of my property, guests and the condo itself is not possible to visit my apartment before booking it.
