PETS WELCOME. The space Meu Lar Meu Mar Ubatuba is perfect for anyone looking for a place in Ubatuba for moments of relaxation and rest. The property has the most complete structure in the region: it has a 10Kg washing machine, protective nets on the windows and balcony, air-conditioning in the double bedroom, internet, kitchen utensils for preparing meals (cutlery, glasses, plates, pots, pressure cooker, baking pans and blender), table and chairs, barbecue items (cutlery, grill and meat cutting board), a QUEEN-size bed, a bunk bed, a sofa bed, 32" Smart TV (Netflix included), mattresses and pillows. The guest also has access to 1 (one) covered parking space (other vehicles can be parked in front of the building - a pickup truck will not fit). We accept PETs. WE DO NOT PROVIDE BEDDING (sheets, pillowcases and blankets), bath towels or cleaning products. Guest access The guest has access to 1 (one) covered parking space (no truck fits) and all the benefits of the common areas, such as a pool table, playroom and swimming pool, which are open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Other things to note According to the condominium rules: - you cannot leave the dog alone if it is not used to it, as it will bark and bother the other neighbors; - the dog cannot enter the pool area; - if you take the dog to relieve itself, it cannot be inside the condominium but outside the building, and you must collect the waste; - walking in the condominium with the dog on a leash or in the lap, never loose; - it is forbidden to have parties in the apartment, listen to loud music at any time of day and make any kind of noise after 10 p.m.; - we offer only one parking space, but it is possible to park other cars on the street, in front of the condominium; - in the pool area, it is forbidden to consume food and beverages and to listen to sound at any volume; - we provide pillows and kitchen items (dishes, cutlery and pots), but we do not provide cleaning products, bed linens or bath towels.
