With us you can enjoy peace and nature in a modern & newly built sustainable apartment. Pets are expressly allowed here. Our houses are the last on the left before the nature reserves begin. We value relaxing stays. The space This apartment is new and modern. We do without unnecessary decorations as these usually only appeal to individual guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and if something is missing, we are happy to help. In the apartment is a bathroom with toilet and shower, hairdryer, washing machine and dryer including towels. Underfloor heating, supplied by environmentally friendly geothermal energy in combination with photovoltaics, is available throughout the apartment. In your bedroom you will find a double bed that has electric slatted frames that allow you to easily adjust your bed. In addition, you have access to a storage room where you will find other everyday appliances. This includes a vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron & common household cleaning supplies. If the weather permits, you can use the seating furniture on the balcony and have breakfast, dinner or just relax there. In our fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking. A stove with ceramic stovetop, dishwasher, fridge/freezer combination, microwave, oven, coffee maker, blender, toaster, kettle and electric grill are available for you. Free Wi-Fi is of course also available as well as a satellite TV. A separate entrance with direct parking and charging facilities for electric vehicles provides convenient access to the apartment. If you arrive by motorcycle, we will gladly provide you with our garage. The same applies to your eBikes. In the event that one of your vehicles needs to be repaired, tools for motorcycles and bicycles are also available. On our more than 4000 square meter property there is enough space to play and romp, for example, on the playground, which your children are welcome to share. If there is bad weather, we have a common room where you can borrow plenty of books or games. In addition, you can use various hygiene items there if you have forgotten your own. For the very small guests there is also a travel bed and high chair on request. Feel free to contact us. On request, we also offer a shuttle service to Nideggen-Brück train station if you want to arrive or depart by Rurtalbahn. If this apartment is already booked, we have four more apartments for 4 people and three more apartments for 2 people each. Looking forward to seeing you soon! Guest access You have access to a large complex with several barbecue facilities and a large fireplace to enjoy the evenings with a view of the valley. On the lawn, you also have space to move freely and play. On a small in-house playground, your children have the opportunity to romp and burn off energy. We also have a room with a wide selection of books on various topics, games and various hygiene items, should you have forgotten something. If you want, you can stock up there with a Senseo coffee maker or enjoy a drink from a wide selection from our fully automatic coffee machine. In addition, all guests have the opportunity to charge their electric vehicle at one of our charging stations. Other things to note If you plan to come with a pet, we will add a surcharge of €15.00 per night per pet. We ask you to pay this in cash to us on the day of arrival.
