The entire exterior wall is a panoramic, 6-meter wide wall-to-wall bay window that slides open, transforming the living area into an open-air viewing bay where you can feel the refreshing breeze and soak in the stunning bay, beach, harbor, marina, and city skyline views. Inside, you'll find modern comforts designed for a perfect stay: * Powerful air conditioning to keep you cool. * A dedicated workspace with reliable, high-speed WiFi suitable for work and video calls. * A Bose SoundTouch wireless and Bluetooth sound system. * A Smart TV with an active Netflix account and YouTube. The well-equipped kitchen includes: * Fridge/freezer * Gas stove * Microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and blender * We also provide essentials like coffee, tea, sugar, and olive oil to get you started. The bathroom features a shower with hot and cold water and an eagle's-eye city view. For your convenience, an in-unit washing machine and dryer are also available. Sleeping arrangements: * The master bed is a queen-sized box-spring with a thick, soft pad for 5-star hotel comfort. * A second bed, a comfortable double mattress on a European roll-out sofabed, is also available. To enhance your stay, we can help arrange personal drivers, speedboat rentals, fridge-stocking, and massage services. Guest access Guests have private and exclusive access to the entire apartment. The building provides 24-hour reception and has a car park at the entrance. Dual elevators provide easy access to the 8th floor. Other things to note * Concierge Services: To enhance your stay, we can assist in arranging personal drivers, private speedboat rentals, pre-arrival fridge-stocking, and in-house massage services. * City Infrastructure: Cartagena is a historic city experiencing a tourism boom, and its infrastructure is gradually being updated. While very rare, citywide power, water, or signal interruptions may occur. These events are beyond our control and are not a basis for compensation, but we are always available to help you navigate any inconvenience. * Eco-Friendly Feature: To conserve energy, the apartment's electrical circuits are activated by a master switch key when you enter and switched off when you leave. Please note there is no duplicate key. * Housekeeping: For stays of 10 days or longer, a complimentary cleaning is scheduled on the 8th day and weekly thereafter.
