Farmhouse with swimming pool, barbecue and integrated green area, located in a gated community of farms, quiet and very familiar neighborhood, you wake up with the noise of the birds. Great place to rest, relax in the hammock and/or work in the home office. A family, rustic and simple environment for those who like to enjoy nature. The space Farmhouse with large green area, the house is simple and rustic, well ventilated, has many windows. It has a front and side veranda, a large L-shaped room, a living room with a fireplace, a TV with Chromecast and a dining room. The kitchen has a stove, 2 refrigerators, a microwave and all the necessary basic utensils. It has 2 bedrooms: 1 double suite and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and there are extra mattresses to accommodate the other guests. At the bottom of the farm, there is a garage, laundry room and a large green area with a small orchard. Guest access Access to the house and all outdoor areas, with swimming pool, barbecue area, garden, garage. (Not shared) Other things to note There is no air-conditioning, but there is a ceiling fan in the bedrooms, and we leave portable fans for the living room. Bed and bath linens are not provided, guests must bring them, as well as blankets. All spaces will be under the responsibility of guests and their invitees during the period of stay.
