The space Villa Luna is a large, welcoming house, ideal for gatherings with family or friends in a quiet and pleasant setting. The spaces are spacious and bright, so everyone can enjoy their stay while spending quality time together. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy and bright living room, perfect for relaxing, chatting, or playing a game of foosball. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals for several people. Upstairs, the villa also has a second living room with a TV area, providing an additional space to relax, watch a movie, or allow everyone to have their own quiet area. One of the great assets of Villa Luna is its particularly welcoming outdoor area. A very large, sheltered pergola allows you to fully enjoy the outdoors in any season. You will find a pleasant sitting area, a large table for sharing meals as a group, and an outdoor kitchen area with a griddle and sink. This space becomes a real living area where you can enjoy cozy moments, whether for a lunch in the shade, a convivial dinner, or an evening around the fire pit. The large, tree-lined garden and the private swimming pool complete this outdoor space, which is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the tranquility of the surrounding nature. Guest access Guests have access to the entire villa, the garden, the private pool, and the various outdoor areas throughout their stay. The house is completely private, so you can enjoy the property in complete tranquility. Two parking spaces are available directly on the property so you can park your vehicles safely. Villa Luna is also easily accessible by train or by plane: • La Tour-du-Pin SNCF station about 10 minutes away • Bourgoin-Jallieu SNCF station about 20 minutes away • Lyon Saint-Exupéry Airport approximately 45 minutes away • Lyon Part-Dieu and Perrache train stations about 1 hour away This location makes it easy to get to the villa while enjoying a quiet and green environment, ideal for unwinding. However, a car is recommended to fully enjoy the region and discover the many tourist attractions, outdoor activities, and nearby villages. Other things to note Villa Luna is located in a quiet and residential area. We therefore ask guests to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and to foster a friendly and respectful atmosphere on the property. Noisy parties and events are not allowed The villa is ideal for family stays and weekends with friends, but it can also accommodate professionals, business trips, or groups looking to spend time together in a pleasant and peaceful setting. The pool is maintained and operational year-round. It is heated only during the summer period to ensure a comfortable temperature during the warm season. Use of the pool is the responsibility of the guests, especially for children, who must remain under the supervision of an adult. For your convenience, we live on-site residents and, via an exterior entrance, we take care of maintaining the garden and pool so that you can enjoy your stay to the fullest without having to worry about maintenance. Of course, the villa and outdoor areas remain entirely private, and you will have complete privacy during your stay. We are present in a discreet manner to ensure your peace of mind.
