Enjoy the tranquility and privacy in our cozy house, which is perfect for families or friends who want to escape from everyday life. **The space** Our vacation home is spread over two lovingly furnished floors. On the ground floor you will find a bright, open living area with a comfortable leather couch, a dining area and direct access to the terrace. A TV with streaming services (Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video) provides entertainment. The adjacent, functional kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. There is also a separate toilet with a washing machine on this level. For our little guests, a play kitchen is available. If you need to work, you will find your own workspace. A staircase leads to the spacious bedroom in the attic. Wooden furniture and a skylight create a particularly cozy atmosphere here. The bathroom has a bathtub that invites you to relax after a long day. Outside, you can enjoy the sun on the paved terrace with garden furniture, while the private garden invites you to linger. **Guest access** You have access to the whole house. From the parking lot, please use the left entrance. The key is in a key safe on the main door.
