Cozy, rustic yet contemporary studio apartment at the top of the tallest residential tower in the city of San Juan. The apartment is located in the heart of San Juan. Property within 5-10 min. drive to all points of interest. 15-min. walk to the nearest beach. Amazing views of the ocean & the greater city. Natural breeze can be felt throughout the apartment making it comfortable w/o AC. COVID-19 Cleaning Protocols The studio is thoroughly disinfected & prepared before every stay. The space The Luna apartment is a studio apartment on the 26th floor of the tallest residential tower in the city of San Juan. Private entrance and bathroom. You will fall in love with our ocean and partial city view from our window. One queen-size bed will comfortably sleep, two adults. The apartment also contains a desk (work area) and a kitchen with everything needed to cook including an oven and microwave. Guest access You will have the entire studio apartment to yourself and your guests. You will have your own private entrance and no one will share your space. Other things to note Although a parking space is available, it is only by reservation for an extra charge ($10). Parking availability is not always guaranteed, however, there is free street parking in the surrounding streets.
