Great house in the Jardim Paineiras neighborhood. A five-minute walk to the center, pharmacies, markets, banks and bakeries. Beautiful mountain view, a 15-minute drive to the National Park and Penedo. Beautiful garden with covered balcony and outdoor bathroom. Full accessibility for the elderly and people with special needs throughout the house. Pets are allowed, but if they are medium or large in size they must remain outside the house. We are available for any questions, thank you! The space An en-suite with a flat-screen TV, internet and air-conditioning. A double bedroom with an additional single bed. This room also has TV and Wi-Fi. The third bedroom has a very powerful column fan and two single beds. Kitchen with cooktop, refrigerator and the necessary utensils to prepare a meal. External balcony with tables and large yard. Hosts speak English and Spanish. The house has a total of two full beds and three twin beds. Guest access The entire house, outdoor balcony and backyard are available to the guest. There is space for two cars to park inside the property. Other things to note Portuguese, English, and Spanish are the main languages hosts use to communicate.
