As we extend our hospitality, we kindly ask that you treat our unit as you would your own home. Security in the development is very strict, and we expect our guests to comply with the policies while inside the condo premises. Not all policies and guidelines can be listed in our house rules, but if the security or condo administration imposes penalties due to your behavior during your stay, you will be responsible for paying any violation tickets issued. All guests, whether staying overnight or just visiting briefly, must be declared and approved by the condo administration and the property management. May accept guests, but overnight stay is not permitted unless paid. We require immediate notice for approval, and additional charges may apply. 1. While we conduct a thorough professional cleaning during each guest’s stay, we kindly ask that you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used, and towels will not be used as make-up or dirty remover. This helps expedite our cleaning process and keeps costs down for you and future guests. Clean As You Go. If the unit is not well-maintained during your stay, we may need to file a claim. 2. We understand that accidents happen, but we ask that you please inform us when they do, so we can prepare for the next guest. Chances are, we can fix the issue quickly. We may need to file a claim for any damages or missing items. 3. We have a STRICT NO-smoking policy inside the unit, but you are welcome to smoke in the designated area. This unit is equipped with a smoke detection system. A violation triggers an automatic ₱12,000 cleaning fee (covers deep cleaning & deodorizing). If we find evidence of smoking inside the unit, we may need to file a claim. 4. To keep our costs down and pass those savings on to our guests, we kindly ask that you switch off the lights or any appliances, the air conditioning unit, and the faucet when they’re not in use or when leaving the unit. 5. Please respect our maximum occupancy requirement. Unregistered guests are not allowed to enter the unit or use the amenities during their stay. 6. Garbage should be placed in the designated garbage disposal area outside the building. 7. Food / Any deliveries can be picked up at the main gate. 8. Please take care of your valuables, as management is not responsible for any loss or damage to your belongings. 9. Guests are fully responsible for their pets in any damages that may be sustained during their stay. Pets must be kenneled if left alone and are not allowed on beds or couches. Guests are prohibited from consuming, possessing, or being under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs while inside the unit. We are not liable for any physical violence or accidents that may occur during your stay. We may need to file a claim if any untoward incidents arise. 12. A ONE-time welcome/complimentary kit (shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, facial tissue, lotion, toothbrush, toothpaste, bottled water, coffee, and tea) is provided upon arrival. Extras can be pre-ordered for an ADDITIONAL FEE. 13. Change of bedding, pillowcases, sheets, and towels is based on the length of your stay (not just one or two days). These services are available upon request, with additional charges applied if the specified limits are exceeded.
