The space The charming Palma Casita is in one of the most beautiful and private areas of Todos Santos - the La Poza Lagoon and beach. Designed by a local artist, it is a unique property with many creative details and enormous charm. Our eco friendly environment offers natural adobe finishes throughout, cotton linens, feather comforters, natural wood furnishings, and a non-smoking environment. Fantastic architecture. Great location. Guest access Nature, nature, nature! Ideal location for bird watching, whales watching or just walking the miles of pristine beach. Access to the lagoon and La Poza beach via nature trail. The compound is fully fenced and gated with your own parking bay. Other things to note Your rental casita will be fully prepped and ready for your arrival. You will find a welcome basket with fruit, coffee, tea and water to tide you over until you are able to do some shopping. We furnish linens, towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels and essential toiletries. Your casita has a full kitchen that is stocked with dishes, pots, pans and utensils and with basic condiments and cleaning supplies. You are responsible for providing your own food and long term provisions and supplies including water, condiments, laundry and cleaning products, toiletries and paper goods. In addition to a regular coffee maker we have added a Nespresso expresso coffee machine and Aeroccino milk frother to your casita. We provide Punta de Cielo capsules, an excellent organic Mexican coffee. Nespresso brand capsules are not available locally so if you prefer Nespresso you can bring your own. -As we are not a hotel check in is via appointment from 3pm-8pm. Please let us know if you need to arrange for a late check in so that we can arrange for staff to be onsite. *additional fees may apply. -We do not accept reservations for children under 12. Our rooms are not childproof nor do we provide special amenities or furniture for children. -Guests will be charged for damaged, stained or missing linens.
