The loft at Sally's alley

Approx. 1000 ft upstairs loft, in a turn of the century home, located in the heart of downtown Flagstaff. Parking for one vehicle without paying downtown fees. Walking distance to restaurants, clubs, and downtown nightlife. Front yard patio is perfect for afternoon/early evening enjoyment of our historic Flagstaff downtown. Must be able to climb stairs. The space Located in the heart of downtown Flagstaff, this second floor loft is perfect for couples or small families. The house is built in the late 1800s and most of its original structure has been retained inside and out. While we do have internet, it can be spotty at times. THE KITCHEN is fully furnished with Keurig, toaster, microwave, oven/stove and refrigerator. Pots, pans, dishes, silverware, dish soap and dish towels are provided. Because the house is 120 plus years old, please be aware that only two appliances (toaster, Keurig, microwave, etc) can be used at the same time. LIVING AREA off of the kitchen has a small dining table, love seat, television, and board games. THE BATHROOM, while small and functional, has just enough room for the stall shower, sink and toilet. Towels, body wash and shampoo are provided. THE MAIN BEDROOM has a beautiful view of downtown Flagstaff. It is quite large and has a queen bed and sitting area, ceiling fan, small ironing board and iron. The sounds of downtown nightlife can be heard at times so a sound machine will be provided. THE SECOND BEDROOM has a full size bed, ottoman, and ceiling fan. Guests will be able to access the front yard which has a table and chairs and is perfect for spring and summer evenings. Private second floor entrance is accessible via staircase. Family with small children downstairs. No dogs, no smokers and no parties. Quiet time after 10pm. One parking space will be provided. Other things to note The internet may be spotty at times and isn’t completely reliable. If you need to receive packages during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have them delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have them delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.
