Apartment has a full size bed in the bedroom and a twin size next to the kitchen/ for extra sleeping space or luggage space, see pictures for details, porch with light and a patio table with chairs available for guest to enjoy a cup of coffee and a good time watching the birds singing and squires eating hickory nuts from the trees and jumping from and to trees, please note that our property has the original Texas sand if you don’t mind it in the house that’s fine or you can shake your feet on the welcome mat before enter if you like same thing with entero your car or truck you can bring home some sand souvenir from Texas, The a/c is set at 70 for the temperature inside the apartment, the a/c mini split keeps the whole apartment cold or hot when desired, to keep the bathroom at temperature according to the rest of the apartment, you can leave the door cracked open when not in use or use the black space heater that’s in the bedroom just make sure heater stays at least 8 inch from any wall or surface to avoid getting anything burn or hot, same with the bedroom you can use the space heater if needed. A/c split controller is by the door on top of the kitchen counter, the little snow flake mode from the screen on remote control means cold, the water drop is for humidity, the sun for heater, you can control with the button named mode, then the up and down arrows for colder or hotter depending on the season, right now is set to hot for winter and set at 70. It’s like the neutral temperature for us, you can control it up or down from 68 to 85 depending on how hot you would like the apartment to be. the tv is set as guest on YouTube or you are welcome to use your personal accounts on tv for Netflix or any other tv app, make sure to get your credentials out before departure, we always make sure to sign the guest out if guest forgets anyway, the water heater is a tankless water heater and has a scalding valve by default from the makers to prevent people from scalding hot water, the hotness will be 140 for own guest protection, the button in the shower that control the water on and off is the second from the bottom up, the rest are just if you like water coming from the sides or up, round or square, there’s a bottom that has numbers 123456 with 1 being cold, 6 being hot, any questions about the usage of the appliances or anything please don’t hesitate to ask I will do my best to make your stay smooth. Guest access Enter the drive way all the way in to the back of the property, once you enter the drive way there is a white walls blue trim house go straight to the back and you will see a black truck next to a tree, the man cave to the left, the house is being remodel so there is no direct neighbors, there is an older couple next door in a green tiny home you can see from the man cave porch, they stay on their side, the lights on porch are sensor and also there is a light Switch for regular porch lights next to the front door on a pole, there is a white button on the pole next to the chairs and table for the accent porch lights. Other things to note Please note this is a small back yard apartment only 320 sqf perfect for a 1 person or a couple, is shared with a front house that’s being remodel, so no neighbors there, we have a black truck parked that is going to the junk yard and a car that also is going as well, we have sandy parking space that is Comun here in Texas so we encourage our guest to bring their sandals or house shoes if you don’t want to track sand in the apartment. Apartment is very cute and also inside the apartment you will need the wifi since is made out of metal on the roof and walls outside, phones don’t get signal inside with out the wifi, I noticed if I put my phone towards the front door on kitchen counter I get my Mesages without WiFi for the rest of the apartment I rather put my phone on wifi.
