Our house is in a privileged location in Cabo Frio - Peró, in the upscale area of the neighborhood. Great place to enjoy family and friends without worrying about taking a car or walking too much to enjoy an excellent beach. A few steps from Peró Beach, a beach awarded the International Blue Flag Certificate, which assesses water quality, preservation and accessibility. Distances: Peró Beach = 100 meters Peró Shopping Mall = 500 meters Ilha do Japonês = 3.6 km Cabo Frio Bus Station = 6.9 km The space Cozy triplex house, with 3 air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms, swimming pool and barbecue area. *1st floor: living room with 32" smart TV, full kitchen with dining table, guest bathroom, laundry area with washing machine and clothesline, and a balcony with a hammock for relaxing. *2nd floor: two en-suites - bedroom 1 (2 double beds and 2 extra single mattresses) and bedroom 2 (queen size bed). *3rd floor: bedroom suite 3 (full bed), swimming pool and barbecue area. Garage: we have only 1 parking space, if there are more cars you can park on the street (we never had problems) or in a private parking lot on the same street. Other things to note * The difference of the house is that it is very well located, has air-conditioning in all the bedrooms, a swimming pool and a barbecue grill. You won't have to take the car out of the garage for anything. You can do everything on foot. *We don't have bed and bath linens. *Late check-out (after 11 a.m. until 6 p.m.): we charge a fee of R$ 400.00 if the guest wishes to extend the check-out after 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. If you exceed 6 p.m., you will be charged the amount of one night. Please check at least 24 hours in advance for late check-out availability and make payment.
