The first two-level apartment for 6-8 people is 110 m2 in size and consists of 3 bedrooms, one bedroom with a freestanding bathtub and a TV, a bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a PRIVATE sauna (3/4 people, 2.5 hours per day included in the price), and a separate toilet, a living room with a fireplace, a TV and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster and all the necessary utensils, and a balcony. The second apartment for 4-6 people is 70 m2 and consists of two bedrooms, one with a freestanding bathtub. A living room with a fireplace, TV and a pull-out couch, a fully equipped kitchenette with a stove, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, air fryer and all necessary utensils, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony. The third 2+1 apartment is 45 m2 and consists of one bedroom with a large double bed and an 80/160 bed for a child, a living room with a fireplace, a TV, a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette with a stovetop, a fridge, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, an air fryer and all the necessary utensils, a bathroom with a bathtub and a PRIVATE sauna for 5 hours a day included in the price. Each bathroom has a built-in hairdryer, and towels, an iron, a safe, games and puzzles are available. Each apartment has its own Wi-Fi. Private free parking Please note that in the two-level apartment, air conditioning has already been installed in the living room and in one of the bedrooms. Air conditioning will be installed in the other two bedrooms on June 23. Coffee, tea, cream and sweetener are available in the apartments. Guests have access to a coffee and tea making set (coffee, tea, cream, sweetener) and basic bathroom accessories: toothpaste and toothbrush, dental floss, and a shower cap. The house is ready, but the garden isn't fully finished yet, so it doesn't look the way we ultimately plan it to.
