👁️ ENJOY ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL VIEWS OF TOURNON OVERLOOKING THE CITY OF TAIN L'HERMITAGE AND ITS VINEYARDS 🍇 Beautiful 42 m2 apartment with panoramic views of the Rhône, the vineyards and the Marc Seguin footbridge, in the center of Tournon-sur-Rhône. The accommodation sleeps 3/4; a double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed. However, for added comfort, we prefer to limit reservations to a maximum of 3 people. The space 🛋️ You will enter a pleasant living room/kitchen that has been completely renovated. 🍽️ The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee maker, oven, stove... 🛏️ You will find a sleeping area on the mezzanine consisting of a double bed and a single bed. 🚿 The bathroom is on the ground floor, the latter is not renovated but it is composed of everything you need for your stay. The toilet is located in the bathroom. 🌉This studio has stunning views of the Rhône, the Marc Seguin footbridge and the slopes of the Hermitage.🍇 🚲 You have the option to park your bikes on a rail in the private courtyard of the building (provide your padlocks). ⛅️We remind you that the apartment is not air-conditioned but has a fan. It is therefore possible that during a heat wave it may be hot. 🚭 Non-smoking apartment, you can go out to smoke in the private courtyard of the building. Guest access The entire 42 m2 home is available for your use. 🅿️ We recommend parking in or near the port square in order to be as close to the apartment as possible (parking in the blue zone, with a disc). We can provide you with the city parking plan. Other things to note 🚖 Optional: car rental during your stay.
