To prevent recurrence, we strictly control noise. - Please be quiet after 10 pm, including conversations, TV, and opening and closing the door. ・ Loud noises, music, phone calls, footsteps, etc. are prohibited. ・ If there are complaints or reports, we will charge 30,000 yen as a nuisance fee. 2. No smoking (all indoors and on premises) ・ All smoking, including paper and electronic cigarettes, is prohibited. ・ If there are traces of smoking such as odors, cigarette butts, ash, tar stains, etc. after checking out, an additional cleaning fee of 50,000 yen will be charged. 3. Prohibition of illegal dumping of garbage It is strictly forbidden to take rubbish outside.(There have been cases in the past where the police were called because of abandoned rubbish.) ・ Do not leave or dump rubbish outside, on roads or around buildings ・ If there is a violation, a fine of 50,000 yen will be charged as a nuisance fee. 4. No shoes ・ Do not enter the room with shoes on. ・ If contamination is confirmed, a cleaning fee of 50,000 yen will be charged. 5. Damage or soiling of equipment and furniture ・ In the event of damage, soiling or loss, you will be charged the full cost of repair or replacement. 6. Lost keys ・ If you lose the key, you will be charged 30,000 yen for the key exchange fee and handling fee. 7. Unauthorised guests/overcapacity ・ Guests who have not registered are prohibited from entering. ・ If discovered, we will charge 10,000 yen (per person) plus additional cleaning fees.
