The house has 3 bedrooms, a living room, 2 toilets, a kitchen with a duplex refrigerator, stove, oven and cabinets, a front balcony and a large balcony overlooking the courtyard. It has a covered garage for a large car and a leisure area that fits vehicles as well. There is an outdoor shower for when you arrive from the beach. It is located in the downtown district of Itaparica, on Itaparica Island. Close to the Historic Center of the City. Very close to the Grande Hotel de Itaparica, the City Library. The place is very quiet. The space The house is fully furnished, TV, refrigerator, blender, cutlery, 01 set of bedding, table and bath linens. It has an outdoor area in the back and gardens in the front, an area for vehicles and a barbecue grill. The house is quite airy, 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, living room, kitchen, 2 large balconies, covered and enclosed garage for one car, and courtyard for more than one car, barbecue and courtyard for children. Close to the Grande Hotel, Historic Center, City Library, Fonte da Bica, Vicentão Municipal Stadium, restaurants, creperias, ice cream parlors, etc. Three Bedrooms: All with wooden beds or box. Beds for 8 people. Bedroom 1: double bed and wardrobe. Bedroom 2: a bunk bed, a single bed with a mattress on a lower platform. Bedroom 3: a double bed and a dresser. The house accommodates up to 10 people, 7 in beds and 3 on floor mattresses. The outdoor areas include gardens, parking for vehicles, a shower, and a barbecue grill (on the balcony). The bedrooms contain pillows. Living room: dining table for 6 people, TV, mini-sound system. Kitchen: stove with oven, refrigerator, cabinets, cutlery, dishes, pots, etc. Balcony 1: dining table with 6 chairs, hammock and balcony chair. Balcony 2: table for 4 people, sofa and balcony chair. Bathroom 1: electric showers, showers, cabinets and sinks. Bathroom 2: showers, cabinets and sinks. Patio: area, shower, gardens and children's area. The house sleeps a maximum of 8 people. The house has 4 security cameras that will be covered and insulated so as not to capture images. For this purpose, we provide black covers to cover and isolate the cameras. These covers are available in the living room's dresser drawer. Guest access Itaparica Island is located in sheltered waters in Todos os Santos Bay, 11 km from Salvador. AIRPORT: The nearest airport is Luis Eduardo Magalhães Airport in Salvador –Ba, which is 33 km from the Ferry Boat Station (main car access to Itaparica Island). Access from the airport to the Ferry station can be by taxi, van or bus. FERRY-BOAT SYSTEM: Crossing of vehicles and pedestrians between Salvador - Itaparica – Salvador. Tickets can be purchased online, with an appointment option, through the "international crossings" website. ACCESS TO THE HOUSE: Our houses are 12 km from the Ferry Boat Station and 11 km from the Speedboat Station (in Mar Grande). This stretch can be done by car, taxi or van. TAXI: Itaparica has a large fleet of taxis, which are residents of the Island and can serve you well. VANS: The transportation system to the Bom Despacho and Mar Grande Terminal is made by kombis or Vans. The end point is very close to the house, in Praça do Mercado do Peixe. BOATS: Salvador / Itaparica (Mar Grande) / Salvador. They leave every 30 minutes. They leave Salvador from the Salvador Nautical Tourist Terminal (located at Av. da França, s/nº, in the Comércio neighborhood) and go directly to the Mar Grande Maritime Terminal, on Itaparica Island, and vice versa. CATAMARAN (alternative): large and comfortable boats that make the crossing (exclusive to passengers/pedestrians) between Salvador – Itaparica – Salvador. Approximately hourly. Other things to note The house accommodates 7 people in beds and the others on mattresses on the floor. Cycling tours, diving, kayaking and an extensive schedule of events await you. The water of Todos os Santos Bay is transparent and its temperature is 26ºC all year round, with small variations.
