You will LOVE OUR LOCATION! You will be in the HEART of Hermosa Beach! Most of our guests DO NOT need a car at all to go around, everything is walking distance. We are only 1/2 block away from the beach & ocean, and a very short walk (5 min) to the Hermosa pier & downtown Manhatten beach. When you stay here, every essential piece of your stay is provided including: *Parking Pass for FREE PARKING ALL OVER HERMOSA*!! This building have historic value as "The Beach Boys" used to live here! The space We are close to many famous restaurants and bars. You will enjoy the vibe and youthful energy of Hermosa Beach. Our neighborhood is very safe and it’s not uncommon to see a lot of famous people who lives close by. No balcony or outdoor area to use but the beach is right there as everything else out beach city offers. Guest access Sleeping arrangements: We can host up to 4 people, please NOTE that we have an ADDITIONAL charge for each guest after 2. We DO NOT allow any unregistered guests to be in the unit at anytime! If HOUSE RULES are not followed we reserve the right to terminate your reservation without any refund. This is for our safety and safety of our neighbors. Pet policy: please note that airbnb only charge pet fee for one pet, if you are bringing multiple pets it will be extra charge $100 per each per after 1. We are happy to accommodate more than one pet, but there will be extra charge. This is studio with QUEEN size bed. Sofa - for one person and when requested we provide air mattress for 4th guest. Other things to note Lax is only 5 miles away, and short drive to famous Santa Monica, Venice beach... Owner keeps some of his belongings in the unit.
