Located in a country club with 24-hour security, in Manzanares, 1 hour from the City of Buenos Aires and minutes from the Pilar shopping center. The last 3 km are improved roads. IMPORTANT: It is for sale, the real estate agent will be able to show the house for 1 hour. The space The house has amenities for 6 people. On the ground floor: a bedroom with 1 double bed, another bedroom with 2 twin beds. On the second floor by stairs: a room in suite with 1 double bed. All rooms have A/C and heating. There are 2 full bathrooms. We leave bed linens, courtesy towels but we do not leave towels for the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, refrigerator, electric coffee maker and microwave. It has a private pool, large galleries, a gazebo, a grill and a stove. We deliver the house clean and tidy with the lawn cut and the pool in perfect condition during the summer season. For monthly rent, pool maintenance depends on the guests. We explain everything you need to keep the pool impeccable during your stay. Built 20 years ago, the house's architecture, the nobility of its materials and details are reminiscent of Northern Argentina. It is tastefully and lovingly decorated, and we enjoy it with family and friends as much as we can. Guest access We open our house to guests by offering them different corners with the things we enjoy: a large library for book lovers; a comfortable living room with television, Google Chromecast and video to watch movies or have tea by the firewood; a large deck for sunbathing and 3,600 square meters of park with dense vegetation for walking or cycling. The house has a nice barn where we keep work tools. It has a third full bathroom. In addition, the country club has a tennis court, soccer field, common pool with a lifeguard and other amenities. The club was designed on a terrain with undulations that ends in the Luján River, which can be accessed from a pier; it borders the Las Caracolas stream, an acacia forest and a nice rural road where you can go hiking and photographic hunting. Other things to note The natural environment is the main attraction of this house and we hope that those who decide to stay will appreciate it. Since we've been in La Magnolia, we've consolidated our vision of commitment to caring for the environment through simple actions such as the following: we respect and value wild fauna and flora; we consume well water since it is totally drinkable; we practice responsible energy consumption; we manage waste; we are dedicated to highlighting the beauty of the landscape, among other things.
