Our panoramic balcony has the best view of Pedra-da-Gávea, Copacabana, Cristo Redentor, Pão-de-Açúcar, where you can also enjoy *from up here, the turtles of Itaipu Beach and the beautiful beaches of Camboinhas and Piratininga, as shown in the photos. Note: for rentals over 30 days, we will have a contract specifying electricity fees, etc. The space The house is prepared to receive up to 7 guests, so please, when making your inquiry, inform the EXACT number of people you intend to host, as we prepare each space to receive you with the comfort you deserve. The house has a winter garden, living and dining room, 3 bedrooms (1 suite), 2 with queen-size beds, split air-conditioning, 32" TV and the fourth upper floor with 1 bunk bed and 2 single beds (convertible to double). No TV and no bathroom; window air-conditioning, but it has the best view of the sea! Full bathrooms with blindex glass in the shower stalls. Indoor kitchen with refrigerator, stove, utensils; Complete outdoor kitchen integrated into the balcony with panoramic view, with barbecue, bathroom with sea view, just don't close the door🤩 Bed and bath linens, being under bed, top sheet, bath and face towels, all white, clean and sanitized. This will be your home on the chosen dates! Complimentary to feel good. Guest access The property has access from Vila dos Pescadores to the beach and entrance from the main street! We have a camera outside the property! For rentals longer than 7 days, a cleaning service will be required, provided by someone I trust, and the cost will be borne by the guest.
