The space This bright and open apartment features a private entrance from a quiet Capitol Hill street and is equipped with high-speed WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and charging stations for your devices. The full kitchen allows you to prepare meals at your convenience, while the bedroom includes a queen-size bed and the living room offers a twin sofa sleeper. The bathroom is small but functional, and a Pack 'N Play is available if needed. As we live in the main house above, you may hear us moving about. Important Parking Notice: Please note that we do not have private parking available; however, street parking is available in Capitol Hill (ANC6). For free street parking in ANC6, we can register your vehicle with the city’s digital parking system if you provide your license plate number, state of registration, make and model, and color at least 72 hours before your arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your vehicle will be registered without this information in advance. Thank you for your understanding! Guest access You will have the entire apartment to yourself, ensuring complete privacy and the freedom to come and go as you please. We provide a code for easy access, allowing you to enter the apartment whenever you want. Other things to note Our home is a charming historic row house, and since we live above the apartment, you may hear us moving about. We kindly ask that you remove your shoes upon entering; a shoe tray is conveniently located by the front door.
