Apartment "morning sun" - Sunrise & sea view

Look forward to a cozy and stylish breath in our apartment. Here it is possible to have a breathtaking view of the Bay of Lübeck from the bed. As soon as you enter our apartment, you can see the blue shimmering water. Whether in the kitchen, at the dining table or from the sofa, you have a fantastic sea view. The beach is about 500 m away. Hansa Park is in walking distance. A small public swimming pool is in the neighboring house. The space The 45 sqm apartment is located in a well-kept residential and holiday complex from the 1970s. The apartment is on the 7th floor. It's a non-smoking and pet-free apartment. Our spacious balcony is glazed and offers wind protection even on cooler days. Thanks to sliding elements, the balcony is also easy to use in autumn/winter. The apartment has Wi-Fi (fiber optic), Internet TV (Zatoo) and the streaming service Netflix. The large TV can be used from the sofa and bed by a swivel mount. As a sleeping option there is an upholstered bed (2 x 2 m) as well as a sofa bed with a lying area of about 2 x 1.40 m. At the moment we do not have Wi-Fi, but it is in the works and should be ready for use shortly. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer combination, stove with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, electric milk frother, kettle, toaster and of course with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, etc. 4 duvets (135 × 200), 4 pillows (80 × 80) and 2 mattress covers are at your disposal. Bed linen and towels can be booked. Guest access There is free parking in front of the complex. You also have a private parking space on site, which can be reached via a barrier. In the outbuilding there is a small public swimming pool.
