This works great as a corporate long term rental The space The home is an up & down duplex which includes a enclosed front & back yard. All 3 bedrooms plus the living room have smart TVs. Two bedrooms on the main floor with a queen, full bed & full bath, also there is a large couch in the living room that could be used to sleep as well. The basement has a private suite with a 3rd bedroom with a queen bed, walking closet & finished 3/4 bath. Also a 4th queen bed with a partition for some privacy on a separate large room where the washer & dryer are after coming down to the basement. The only are that is shared with the unit above or 2nd floor apartment is the back & front yard, covered furnished back patio with 6 chairs & long table, a gas grill, front private covered porch with 2 small tables & 4 chairs. Guest access You have access to the entire main floor and basement through the front and back doors of the duplex. This is an up & down duplex. The 1st floor and the basement is your place or apartment only. The entrance of the second floor apartment is on the side of the building & is currently rented to tenants. Many people barely notice that hidden door on the side of the house. The front & back main floor are the private entrances to your place or your Airbnb. Other things to note Please note: pets upon request & description of the pet. No parties and no smoking is allowed in the home. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction. We appreciate your courtesy. 1. Payment- You “submit a booking” which means you pay the full amount now. We do not get paid until after your arrival. There are no cash transactions, and unfortunately you may not put down a deposit. 2. Deposit - Airbnb does not charge the deposit at all unless there is a claim for damages after check-out. 3. Unfortunately, we don’t have more pictures of the house and are unable to send you any more. 4. The site blocks telephone numbers until you have booked your trip, so we are unable to call you.
