IMPORTANT: Building under construction Located on the seafront in Segundo Jardim Boa Viagem. Second building to be built on Avenida Boa Viagem, in 1953. The historic building was designed by Rio de Janeiro architect Acácio Gil Borsoi. In addition to the beach and public leisure areas by the sea, the surroundings feature: cafes, snack bars, the best restaurants in the region, a supermarket, a laundry, public transportation, commerce in general, among others. The condominium has a 24-hour entrance and internal monitoring with cameras. The space IMPORTANT: Building under construction during the day - may be uncomfortable for some guests. IMPORTANT: There is no electric/hot shower available.❄️🫧 The apartment is exclusive to the booked guest. It is bright and airy with a side view of the beach on the 11th floor and internet and smart TV/Netflix available. It has been completely renovated (including electrical and hydraulic network) and has support infrastructure (minibar, electric induction stove, electric coffee maker, utensils, bed and bath linens), air-conditioning, among others. There is no hot water in the sink (kitchen and bathroom). Standard size double bed (1.38m X 1.88m). The water supply is predominantly from an underground collection well and is not suitable for cooking and drinking. Some guests have complained about the quality of the building's water (water "with sand" and yellow coloration (rust). The historic building features old infrastructure (no modernization) and some guests have indicated in their feedback that the maintenance of the building and common areas is unsatisfactory. However, the apartment is fully renovated and equipped to welcome you comfortably and contribute to you having an excellent trip. Upon your arrival, the apartment will be sanitized and organized. Internet Vivo Fiber 70Mbps download and 35Mbps upload. 2. Passwords for access to the apartment (electronic lock) and the internet will be sent on the day of check-in. 3. The apartment has several appliances and other equipment. Please, after use, keep the equipment clean for the next use. If any equipment does not work, please contact me for verification. Do not perform the repair. In case of damage resulting from misuse of the equipment, an additional amount will be charged for replacement. If it is identified that the appliances and cookware were left dirty, with food leftovers, an additional cleaning fee of R$ 90 will be charged. 4. Sheets, bedspreads, pillows and towels are available for exclusive use in the apartment. Please use them correctly. Do not remove makeup, sunscreen, among others with the available linen. If stains are identified that are not possible to remove after washing, an additional replacement fee will be charged. 5. Please store food in closed plastic bags or sealed containers to avoid attracting vectors (ants, cockroaches...). The apartment is permanently sanitized and fumigated. 6. Leftover food? Please take it with you or leave it stored in a closed plastic bag for later disposal. 7. The bathroom has liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper for exclusive use in the place. Please use them conscientiously. The shower is cold. 8. The Smart TV has a Netflix account (California Airbnb). Please do not change the configuration/password. 9. The apartment has a large glass window and blackout curtains. 10. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. The apartment is equipped with a smoke detector. If identified, an additional cleaning fee of R$ 150.00 will be charged for specific cleaning. 11. The armchair provided for reading is not suitable for leaving luggage. We suggest leaving your bags on the top and bottom shelves of the closet (size of a standard medium-sized suitcase). Guest access Long-Term Reservation: Studio apartment dedicated/exclusive to the booked guest. The apartment lock is electronic, through an access code, without the need for a key. Self check-in. Other things to note The guest should be aware that the building is old, however, it has updated building maintenance. There have been complaints from guests regarding the cleanliness of the building. There is no electric/hot shower available. ❄️🫧 There are three elevators in operation. The building is residential and occupied predominantly by retirees and employees of commercial establishments in the region. The property does not provide hot water in the sinks and the electric shower is in operation.
