Each block has its own elevator and a 24 hour lobby . Any thing you think and want you have it here. Safety, gated, excellent water quality and central location . Best of all it’s on a beautiful beach with white powdery sand, beach chairs with private access, not forgetting the well manicured landscape. This is a great community with many repeat clients mostly due to the friendly atmosphere that Los Corales offers . Great variety of restaurants , bars , shops within easy walking distance .The community of Playa Turquesa has: 24-hour security at main gate and beach access. Reception area to check in with your passport, I will ask for copies of these to register you previously. This is a must and failure to do so will result in no entry to the property. All clients required to wear numbered bracelet as ID and scanning passports will take place in the lobby . All apartments must go to lobby area upon day of departure to receive a check out ticket which I will advise that you are good to go . Short-term clients cannot have visitors into the complex. Two large pools & two small kids pools Private beach access with complimentary sunbeds / palapa style shades at both pools and beach. PRO BAR restaurant and bar with cash or credit card options. You can take your own food / drink (no glass) to the beach not to the pool. Elevators in every block . One car parking space per apartment . NON SMOKING PROPERTY Drinking water left in every apartment ( two five gallon Bottles ). Guest access The whole apartment is yours with elevator to the 4th floor and full access to the unit . Other things to note Outdoor Camera for security purposes only, no indoor exposed to camera. Electric is an extra charge for the personal consumption used during your stay. This is to be paid in cash at the end of your stay. I will provide the meter reading upon arrival, and it will be read again at the end of your stay, and you only pay for the KW used. The present rate is 22 RDS PER kw (MARCH 2026 ) however this can change and price is supplied by CEPM the official electric company here . All clients must register with me by sending Passport / Drivers license so I can register you previously at the reception area. THIS IS A MUST BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL OR THEY WILL NOT LET YOU IN. THIS IS A QUIET PEACEFUL COMPLEX, NO PARTIES, DRUGS OR ILEGAL SUBSTANCES ALLOWED. NO OTHER GUESTS ARE ALLOWED IN TO VISIT DURING YOUR STAY. No pets allowed ! Small Additional fees children 12 under over 8 persons. Maximum 10 including 2 children (fees)
