It offers a beautiful, bright living area with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable lounge with a television and a pellet stove installed in the old fireplace. A laundry room with a washing machine and toilet completes the ground floor. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms with double beds (140 cm), made up upon arrival, a shower room with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. A baby kit can be provided upon request. Outside, enjoy a landscaped courtyard with a terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue. Parking is available in the courtyard. Pets are welcome with prior agreement from the owners.
