The living area includes plenty of seating for leisurely afternoons spent kicking back with a movie, or making use of the board games and reading material available. Two sofas and a chaise offer breathtaking views of the bay. Stay cosy year-round with the dual-purpose reverse cycle heat pump, which provides both heating and air conditioning. For added warmth, you'll find panel heaters in the two downstairs bedrooms. The generous bathroom, located downstairs, is immaculately appointed with an overhead shower and complimentary toiletries for you to refresh and unwind after a day at the beach. A washing machine is located in the downstairs laundry, while additional conveniences include Wi-Fi and parking for two cars on the premises.
